Privacy Policy — Reliquarium: Relic Survivor
Effective October 15, 2026. Applies to version 0.2.0 and later, until this page says otherwise.
This policy explains what the Android game Reliquarium: Relic Survivor (the "game") does with your data. The game is published by the Cera & Osso studio (Portuguese for "Wax & Bone"; the "developer", the same name as on the Google Play listing), from Brazil, which is the data controller: https://ceraosso.com, contato@ceraosso.com.
In short
The game does not collect, send or share any personal data. It works offline, does not request internet access, and has no accounts, sign-in, ads or purchases. The only exception is your e-mail address, if you choose to write to us through "Send feedback": your own e-mail app sends it, not the game (section 3).
1. What stays on your device
The game stores the following only on your device, in the app's private folder (other apps cannot read it):
- Your progress: in-game currencies, unlocks, settings (language, sound, large text) and run statistics. This includes a random code created the first time you open the game. It is only used to roll in-game items and never leaves the device.
- An interrupted run, so you can pick up where you left off, and the summary of a finished run until it is added to your progress.
- A local run log: the choices made, the level reached, the time and the outcome, with no personal data. At most 60 files are kept; the oldest are deleted automatically. It helps the developer study the game's balance on test devices. It is never sent anywhere.
The game keeps no cloud copy: Android's automatic backup is turned off for it.
2. Permissions
The game requests a single permission: vibration, when you take a hit or level up (turn it off in Options → "Shake, vibration and effects"). It does not request internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts or files.
3. When you write to us
In Options, "Send feedback" opens your e-mail app with a ready-made message to contato@ceraosso.com. Its subject includes the game version and the system name (for example, "Android"); the message carries neither your progress nor any code from the game. You send it, from your own e-mail app: the game transmits nothing, and nothing leaves until you tap send.
If you send it, we receive your e-mail address and what you wrote. We use them only to read and answer your message: you ask to be contacted, and that request is the legal basis. We never pass them on. The message goes through Cloudflare (Email Routing), which forwards it to the developer's mailbox at Proton Mail, by Proton (Switzerland); both may process it on servers outside Brazil. We delete them when you ask, or after 12 months without further contact.
4. Google Play and this website
You download the game from Google Play. Google may process data about the download, store purchases and Android crash reports, depending on your device settings and the Google Privacy Policy. That processing is done by Google, not by the game.
The website https://ceraosso.com, where this policy is published, uses no cookies, ads or trackers. Cloudflare, which hosts it, may log technical access data (such as the IP address) to serve the page and protect it from abuse.
5. Children
The game is not designed for children under 13 and collects no data from anyone, of any age.
6. How to delete your data
Everything stays on your device. To delete it:
- uninstall the game; or
- go to Android Settings → Apps → Reliquarium → Storage → Clear data.
Deleted progress cannot be recovered: the game keeps no copy on any server. (Android's own phone-to-phone transfer may carry the progress over.)
7. Security
Since nothing leaves the device, your game data is protected by Android itself, in the app's private folder. Any e-mail you send us stays in our mailbox, accessible only to the developer.
8. Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018, art. 18), the GDPR and similar laws, you may ask for:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
- its correction, portability or deletion;
- information on whom it was shared with (no one).
In practice, the only data we can hold is your e-mail address, if you wrote to us. Ask through the contact below. You may also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD, https://www.gov.br/anpd) or to your local one.
9. Changes to this policy
If the game starts handling data differently (for example, with ads), this page changes before the version that brings the change, and the date at the top is updated.
